Incluziv Leads finds companies matching a brief you give us, and — when you spend a credit — identifies a decision-maker at one of them, a way to reach them, why that company matched, and a suggested opening message.
If a contact we give you bounces, or the person has left, or we could not confirm their name or role, tell us and the credit goes back on your account. We would rather refund a credit than defend a bad one.
What we do not refund: a contact who is real and reachable but does not reply. We find the right person; whether they want to talk to you is not something we can sell.
We do not promise a reply, a meeting, or a sale. We do not promise that a company matched to your brief wants what you sell. Contact details are accurate as at the date of the report, and people move.
Breaking these ends the account without a refund, because the people in our data did not consent to that use and we are answerable for it.
You can close your account at any time. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase and not after, since the cost of finding a contact is incurred when you open it. We can end an account for breach of the section above, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, refunding unused credits in that case.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
